For individuals who are not healthy, there are no special requirements before performing Umrah. You only need to bring a few types of medicine in preparation such as pain relievers and antihistamines for the common cold. For pilgrims with chronic diseases, they need to get advice and a full examination from a doctor first when planning their trip and need to bring a medical report of their current health status with them when performing Umrah. Umrah pilgrims also need to get the necessary vaccines such as influenza and meningococcal vaccines at least two weeks before Umrah. In addition, Umrah pilgrims are encouraged to obtain a sufficient supply of medicine throughout the Umrah period and to organize the proper storage of medicines to prevent medicines from being exposed to sunlight and damaged due to excessive heat

Currently, only pilgrims 5 years and above are allowed to perform Umrah pilgrimage (under Umrah Visa). For those under 5 years old, the applicant is allowed to enter but requires the presence of a guardian (under Tourist Visa). (First degree: father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather, and grandmother)

The off-peak time for Umrah is usually at the beginning of the Umrah season, which is after the Hajj season between 1 Muharram and mid-Zulkaedah (depending on the year of Hijrah and current changes).

Women aged 18 and above can perform Umrah without a mahram with a Tourist Visa. Tourist Visa allows women enter Saudi Arabia with a Single Entry Visa and valid for 30 days. You can see here for more information.

For all packages, 3X full board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are provided in Mecca and Medina.

Umrah courses are provided free of charge for Umrah pilgrims and will be guided by experienced Ustaz. Ustaz will help answer all the questions and problems related to Umrah worship.

Only Umrah Visa and Tourist Visa are allowed to perform Umrah.

All our hotels are located just in front of masjid. 3-5 minutes’ walk to enter masjid.

Umrah pilgrimage and Raudah visit can only be done once during the package period. Applications to perform umrah for the second time will be approved after completion of the first Umrah. Subject to slot availability. As of today, all pilgrimage under Omrah Travel will get 3 times umrah with mutawwif.
